How confident are you that your business, or the organisation you work for, would be on the winning side of an employment tribunal if one of your employees took action for menopause discrimination?

Were you aware that menopause discrimination was even a thing, or that tribunals have been won where employers have unfairly treated someone because they were going through menopause?

In this Gen X Shorts episode (that means it’s just me and no guest) I’m sharing with you some cases where the employer has fallen short of their obligations with regard to equality and have paid the price at Tribunal.

I’m also sharing some ways you can put in place measures to help ensure that you’re doing all the right things to make sure you’re fully supporting your menopausal employees and hopefully keeping out of trouble with the law!
