Today I’m back after the Summer break, chatting to personal trainer and functional nutritionist Stefan Taylor.  Stefan is the owner and founder of Vincitprofitness.co.uk and coaches clients using his 60days2success programme.

Stefan has a keen interest in the link between what and when we eat and our hormone balance, specifically as women go through their menopause transition.

We’re discussing what functional nutrition is, how we can rebalance our hormones through optimising gut health and he shares some tips to help manage menopausal symptoms through our nutrition.
